Our Landscape Architects worked with LA Architects and North Ayrshire Council ( including its partners Irvine Bay Regeneration Company, Sport Scotland and Historic Scotland ) to develop a central modern facility which incorporated Irvines historic past.
The building and landscape, a £20m project, will play a major part in the regeneration of Irvine helping the town to develop a strong identity.
We designed the hard and soft landscape and provided a detailed planning submission including presentation drawings.
